It is with heavy hearts that we announce Lords & Ladies will be permanently closing at the end of August.
We know this may come as a shock and surprise to many, and so we wanted to take this opportunity to both thank you and let you know what will be happening at the salon in the coming months.
Running a small business is incredibly challenging, and this has been increasingly more so over the last few years.
Several reasons have impacted our decision to close, but mainly increasing financial demands. We face ever-rising costs in all areas of the business, meaning keeping Lords & Ladies open is no longer an option.
We wish you to know that we’re so incredibly appreciative of you – our wonderful clients. You have always kept us busy and fully booked and for this we are forever grateful.
Thank you too for your continued support, especially during the lockdowns as our business was forced to constantly adapt, we couldn’t have got through it without you.
We’d also like to thank our team, Cath and Georgia, for all their hard work and commitment.
We have been in the industry for 20 years now and could not be any prouder of all we have achieved in that time. We have always prided ourselves in offering the highest quality treatments and something a little bit different – making your time at the salon an experience, a space for rest and relaxation.
We are no longer selling vouchers
We are making every effort to ensure people know that vouchers need to be used up by the end of August 2022.
FOR ALL VALID VOUCHERS – It is your responsibility to contact us to get booked in. We are a very busy salon and we take bookings in advance. We ask that you contact us to book in asap when you receive a voucher. For some treatments there may no longer be availability and you will be offered a choice of other treatments, to the value of your valid voucher.
FOR ALL EXPIRED VOUCHERS – These cannot be extended. Please don’t ask as this cannot be done. We are prioritising all vouchers that are still valid and our existing bookings.
Voucher expiry dates effected by COVID-19 closures are now all expired. We have been fully open since April 2021 and all vouchers have been extended by at least 6 months.
All Christmas 2021 vouchers are now expired.
Please don’t ask for them to be extended as they are now expired.
We are not currently taking on new clients. If you have an in-date voucher you can book in if you are a new or existing client. Our diary is usually booked up 6 weeks in advance.

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY COVID-19 SYMPTOMS – Please rearrange your appointment.
•When you arrive at the salon please ring the door bell and we will be with you as soon as possible. If you would prefer to wait outside, ring the bell and let us know you’re here.
•Please arrive on time for your appointment (not early or late) •Face masks are optional. Our team will continue to wear face masks and clean thoroughly between each client. •You’ll be asked to sanitise your hands on arrival •Please come to your appointment on your own. Please note that all appointments may be subject to change.
Cancellation policy
Please be reminded of our cancellation policy which we will have to be strict with. No shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
