Updated April 2022 – PLEASE READ… We are not currently taking on new clients. If you have an in-date voucher you can book in if you are a new or existing client. Our diary is usually booked up 6 weeks in advance.
When we get cancellations that we can’t fill through our waiting list they will be offered to new and current clients via social media.
IF YOU HAVE COLD/FLU LIKE SYMPTOMS OR HAVE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 YOU MUST CONTACT US TO RE-ARRANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT AND WE ASK THAT YOU ONLY RE-VISIT WHEN YOU HAVE HAD TWO NEGATIVE LATERAL FLOW TESTS AND/OR ARE SYMPTOM FREE.
IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY COVID-19 SYMPTOMS – Please take a lateral flow test if possible, or contact us asap to rearrange your appointment.
•When you arrive at the salon please ring the door bell and we will be with you as soon as possible. If you would prefer to wait outside, ring the bell and let us know you’re here.•Please arrive on time for your appointment (not early or late) •Face masks are optional. Our team will continue to wear face masks and clean thoroughly between each client. •You’ll be asked to sanitise your hands on arrival •Please come to your appointment on your own. Please note that all appointments may be subject to change.
Please be reminded of our cancellation policy which we will have to be strict with. No shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
