Updated Sept 2021 – PLEASE READ… We have decided to stop taking bookings from new clients for the rest of 2021 so we can prioritize people who come to us week in, week out. Our diary is usually booked up 6 weeks in advance.
When we get cancellations that we can’t fill through our waiting list they will be offered to new and current clients via social media.
IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY COVID 19 SYMPTOMS, PLEASE CONTACT THE SALON TO RE-ARRANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
You will be required to fill in a consultation form every time you visit the salon – this will be emailed to you prior to you arriving.
•The salon is appointment only and cashless. Card payment and Apple pay only please.
•Please arrive on time for your appointment (not early or late)
•Our waiting area is outside in the courtyard – Please take a seat and a team member will come and get you when your therapist is ready.
•You must put on your face covering before you enter the building and keep it on at all times unless asked to remove it for specific facial treatments – it must be put back on again for the rest of the time that you are in the salon.
•Your temperature will be taken and you will be asked to wash your hands and taken straight to your individual treatment room. If your temperature is high, we will need to re-arrange your appointment for you.
•Please bring minimal belongings into the salon and no food or drinks at all.
•Please come to your appointment on your own. Only the person with the appointment can come into the salon. We cannot take bookings for clients aged 15 or under.
Our team will be wearing PPE and will have their temperature taken every day.
All efforts have been taken to make our building COVID safe. We will clean treatment rooms and touch points in the building between every client.
Please note that all appointments may be subject to change.
Please be reminded of our cancellation policy which we will have to be strict with. No shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
